It’s hard to imagine grilling in the middle of winter, especially if you live in areas where it snows six months or more out of the year. My aunt Lydia used to make the best black bean soup you’ve ever tasted. Unfortunately she didn’t have an exact recipe…she just kind of put a little of this and a little of that and somehow it always came out tasting the same and was some of the most delicious soup you’ve ever tasted. I must have watched her make it at least 10 times and have been practicing making it for years. But it just won’t come out the same.
