This nine-inch knife is extremely sharp and flexible enough to be camping equipment & gear.  The blade is nine inches of high carbon stainless steel.  It has a co-polymer plastic handle.  The total length is fourteen and a quarter inches and it weighs less than four ounces.  It is incredibly sharp and it keeps a nice edge.  This is one of the best fillet knives I’ve ever used.  The amount of flexibility is perfect.  It has a sure grip and is easy to sharpen.  It is extremely sharp so be careful to keep your hands dry when using it.

The sheath provides a tight fit and is very sturdy.  I own several of these automatic knives, one for the boat, one for the RV, one for the kitchen, and an extra one in my tackle box.  I would recommend this knife for anyone who needs a quality fillet knife.  It would make a great gift for any hunter or fisherman in your life, but it is also an excellent kitchen tool.  It keeps its edge better than most kitchen knives I’ve used and is great for cutting any type of meat.
