It’s hard to imagine grilling in the middle of winter, especially if you live in areas where it snows six months or more out of the year. I have a friend that lives in upstate New York who had already gotten 2 feet of snow way back in September. For her, grilling her family meals usually ends with the arrival of Labor Day weekend. But like many people, she loves the taste and the textures of grilled meats and vegetables. I told her how much I loved my indoor electric grill and that she might want to get one for herself.
